* The Delivery Time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The actual shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping address, weekends/holidays, or extended handling times.

Handling Time & Delays:

We need 24h to 48h to prepare your order, most of the packages will be shipped out within 24 hours except weekends and holidays. There are also circumstances where our payment provider holds your payment for extended periods of time due to banking compliance measures. Under these circumstances there may be a delay. This typically takes 5 working days and increases expected delivery times. We are happy to issue refunds under this circumstance if preferred, please contact us at orders@ontapfilter.com.
