**DISCLAIMER: The performance of our water filters can vary based on water source, installation, usage, and environmental conditions. No products sold on this site are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or parasite. While we strive to ensure the highest quality and performance, we cannot guarantee that the filter will perform to its maximum potential in all situations. It is the customer's responsibility to consult with their local water department or other relevant regulatory body to ensure that the water filter purchased will meet their specific needs and have the desired effect. Claims made in any marketing material are based on optimal conditions and may not apply to all situations. Variations in performance and efficacy may occur with changes to water pressure, temperature, water quality, usage, installation, time in and out of use, the customer acknowledges the importance of their own inspection and testing of the water quality in their home.

Our filters intend to reduce specific chemicals, materials, parasites, bacteria, or other contaminants from water but this does not constitute, guarantee or even imply full removal of any material, chemical, organic matter, parasite, bacteria or other potentially filtered material expressed or implied. Manufacturing errors can and may occur. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the efficacy of the filter for their specific tap, water pressure, water source, water temperature, usage, and other conditions which may effect the taps performance or water quality.

By agreeing to these terms, the buyer acknowledges and understands the risks associated with the self-management of their water supply and self-installation of the filter without a specialist visiting their home. Buyers have the option to request OnTap to come to their home for inspection of their water quality and installation of the filter housing. Failure to receive an in-person inspection and installation removes any and all liability from OnTap for any use whatsoever of the filter. By installing the filter themselves, buyers take full responsibility for its efficacy in filtering any and all materials, substances, chemicals or other, expressly advertised, implied or not.

In no case shall OnTap, it's directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.**
